Data & protection.

This site is built with data protection by default. We collect only the minimum personal data needed to answer you, use it solely for that purpose, and handle it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have. There is no marketing tracking and no hidden data collection.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by the flowXdigital team. For any question or request about your data, contact hello@flowxdigital.com and we will respond within the statutory deadlines.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form. Name, company, e-mail address, selected bottleneck and any message you write. Used only to prepare and send the audit you requested and to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract).
• Audit assistant. The on-site assistant runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted anywhere unless you choose to send them to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to operate and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Language preference. Stored locally in your browser and never sent to us. It is not personal data.

Artificial intelligence & automated tools

In line with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act, we state clearly where artificial intelligence is involved on this site:

• How this site was made. The text, design and code of this website were produced with the assistance of AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude. Every output was reviewed by a human before publication. Full detail is on our AI Transparency page.
• The on-site assistant is AI. The chat assistant is an automated system and is identified as such before your first interaction, as required by Article 50(1) of the EU AI Act. It runs in your browser and makes no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect (Art. 22 GDPR does not apply).
• Your enquiry data. The personal data you send through the form is not processed by any third-party AI service — it is used only to reply to you.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. If that ever changes, this page will be updated and your consent requested beforehand.

Who processes data for us

• Hosting & forms. The site is hosted on a professional hosting platform, which also receives form submissions in order to deliver them to us.
• Fonts & scripts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and the GSAP animation library from a public CDN; your IP address is transmitted to those providers when the page loads.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer you and to meet any statutory retention obligation, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, write to hello@flowxdigital.com.

Estimates are not offers

Figures shown by the audit assistant are estimates generated from the answers you enter — not an offer, a quotation, or a guaranteed result. Binding scope, timelines and prices are set only in a written proposal signed by both parties.
